Mayur Bhavsar

I try to resolve my tasks integrally. I realize importance of planning and deadline checking and have the experience in project driving.
Before starting to work on a new task, I try to prepare myself scrupulously: I clear out all possible risks and cases of development. When I started I strive to bring my work to logical completion.
I can work in limited terms and find solutions fast. I have ability and experience in working on multiple projects at the same time, and experience in development of independent projects as well as following up with support of software, created for this projects.
I am a sociable and non-contentious person. I have experience in managing a team of developers and designers under 20 persons.
I am the fast learner and can adapt well for source code, written by other developers.
I have experience in writing technical documentation: either project documentation, functional specifications or user manuals.
My goal is to continue working with new Web-oriented technologies and to implement my experience in making new architectural solutions.
